The famous Vendéenne teacher opened a delicious boutique in the centre of Le Havre last year. Founded in 1989 in the Association des Relais Desserts Internationaux, the brand offers tasting and gift boxes, tablets, florentines, mojettes, and other chocolate delicacies created with passion and expertise. You can find the signature chocolates here: chocolate chips, chocolate-covered almonds, thistles, orange peel, cocoa powder, plain or spicy, and a selection of fine chocolates.
