The Fujiya Sushi in the Old Market Square is doing so well that its owners have decided to open another shop on the left bank... So that all Normans can enjoy their delicious recipes! Run by Shengpin Chen, manager, and his team, the restaurant has a conveyor belt. A must for anyone who appreciates the flavours of Japanese cuisine, which used to be served in front of the customers in the wok, in which the ingredients you had chosen were wriggling. The place, with its elegant and refined decoration, is very busy at lunchtime where the customers like to taste maki, sushi, yakitori, as well as tempuras and other fried noodles.

Si presque la fin de service, pour éviter la gaspiage, vue que 4 personnes en mangeant à côté du tapis, malgré nous deposons plus de nourriture sur le tapis, mais nous vous fournions toujours une carte à commander vos choix et les servi sur votre table.
Nous vous invitons de venir manger plus tôt à 12h le midi ou à 19h le soir si vous préférez plus de choix variés sur tapis roulant.
