The excellence of the products rubs shoulders with the chef’s desire for perfection. Scallop walnut cassolette puffed up with leeks, duo of golden solettes meunière, back of cod fried with lemon confit and lemongrass, this resolutely marine table will delight the most demanding. Friendly setting, welcome, extra cuisine: scallops gratin with Parmesan, St Pierre with the pimienta de Sichuan... A real still this weekend. Desserts, let us not even talk about it.
We attend this establishment for nearly 10 years, it has never demerit, it became a mandatory stop on the way of each weekend in Normandy.
