An authentic restaurant, located in the heart of the Cordiers district, far from the tourist factories... Don’t expect to eat on the run, the waiting time is even assumed with the sign at the entrance "Slow food, waiting for preparation between courses", because chef Dominique J.A. prepares small dishes as if you were at home, preparing his broths, juices, stocks, desserts... And the waiting time is worth it: because the fish stew, the fillet of whiting in matelote or the piece of beef roasted with Espelette chilli pepper are famous. For dessert, it’s hard to resist the profiteroles...

Un petit gastro qui ne veut pas se l’avouer. La fraîcheur des produits, la maîtrise des épices et un travail des légumes toujours maitrisé.
Sûrement la meilleur adresse de la ville pour qui veut sortir un peu des restos traditionnels de bord de mer.
