Enjoy a bistronomic meal featuring fresh, local produce in the typically Norman setting of La P'tite Auberge. Here, you'll find only local and seasonal dishes concocted by a passionate chef. On the menu: veal onglet tataki, shallot confit and parmesan crumble, gambas marinated in smoked paprika, Thai broth with coconut milk, beef filet and sweet potatoes in vanilla mousseline, turnips confit in red wine and full-bodied gravy, dessert of apple compote, caramel mousse, Breton sablé and cider apple sorbet.
