Rigorous cuisine, sought and quality. No fuss in dishes everything is in its place and good proportion with often new flavours being discovered. We have chosen the menu with wines. Little game to do with the sommelier is to taste the windowless. The agreement offers wine is often surprising and always quality. Meals with 4 or 6 all guests left happy with a small attention to the small dej the next day. Only one drawback, the price, which does not allow you to get there more often.
The cuisin is very inventive, the neat surroundings, knowledgeable sommelier but is a little affected for a gourmet restaurant that would be loved friendly.
The menu découverte are very pleasant although the dish land of this day there was a little grasse (pork and roll) for after the exquisite entrance and dish sea (combination of risotto with egg low cooking and divine fillet of red mullet). You can also see a little repeated use of soy sauce. The soufflé with cherry did not rain me but there is only me that found one side to indigestible. However, the bern chocolate other dessert was to die for. Only one real regret the wine list with glass is really too short.
