What a beautiful profession that of chocolatier! David Oinville offers a wide range of ballotins, pralines, ganaches, almond paste, and the famous tablet. This artisan changed direction in 2013 and took advantage of his 25 years as a pastry maker to design the quintessence of cocoa.
