FERME SAINT-AIGNAN
At the gateway to the Monumental Forest, Baptiste and Mathieu Mégard took over this farm in 2016, implanting an ethical and sustainable project, favoring local agriculture and sharing. It's a thriving market-gardening business, offering juice and cider, fruit and vegetables, as well as a substantial production of organic hen eggs, available notably in vending machines 24/7. The farm is also home to an educational farm, where young and old alike can discover the farm's animals (including Bayeux pigs) and pick-your-own produce.
