L'équipe est souriante et dynamique, ce qui reflète souvent un peu l'ambiance en cuisine et qui mérite d'être signalé, les cafètes de galeries marchandes étant plutôt morose et le personnel aussi passionné par son travail qu'un smicar qui va à la mine.
L'endroit est clean et les sanitaires nickels. Pour l’anecdote les sèches mains électriques décoiffent!!
