Les jardins d'Angélique boasts 2,000 varieties of old roses in Montmain.
Yves and Gloria Lebellegard created these gardens around a 17th-century Norman manor house in memory of their daughter Angélique, who died at 19. The abundance of plants, flowers, shrubs, and perennials gives a particular charm to the site, renowned for its 2,000 varieties of old roses that flourish on nearly one hectare. Water is omnipresent, whether in the form of a pond or the stream that meanders through the property. To the north, in front of the manor, is a romantic garden, and to the south, an Italian garden...
