This great Vietnamese canteen is now run by Cao Thi Na, a chef with a wealth of experience in a 3-star hotel in Vietnam, and her husband Thioula, accompanied by Le Thi Loan, Thi Na's cousin. The cuisine remains true to its roots, with emblematic dishes such as pho, bo bun, pad thai and banh mi. The street food approach is at the heart of the offering, with on-the-spot ordering and dishes prepared à la minute. New features include sushi every Tuesday. Bassin Bo Bun's concept is simple and effective.
