An important historical site in Neufchâtel-en-Bray, discovered following archaeological excavations in 2004.
It was only in 2004 that archaeological excavations allowed the discovery of an important historical site in Neufchâtel-en-Bray: Sainte-Radegonde. Nineteen graves, a spring with therapeutic water and about twenty building foundations were discovered, which allowed the location of the old priory of Sainte-Radegonde, used between 1100 and 1135. The small adjoining chapel was also restored. Since 2015, it has hosted exhibitions and heritage events.
