Carillon of 48 bells, offering a beautiful curiosity that you can ring by asking the reception of the town hall of Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville

The "Ars Sonora" of Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville is a truly original work of contemporary art since it is a monumental musical sculpture. This carillon of 48 bells is one of the largest in Europe and opened in 2010. It was born from the imagination of the artist Jean-Marc Bonnard and was made by the Paccard foundry, a reference in the manufacture of bells. The work has symbolism: its shape and design recall the industrial past of the city with an illustration of factory chimneys, as well as its religious tradition with arches inspired by Gothic style. A beautiful curiosity, which can be rung simply by asking at the reception of the town hall of Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville, which is right across the way.

Un conseil ne venez pas faire vos passeport à la mairie. Ce sont des incompétents!!! Ça fait 4 mois que ma belle-mère attend son passeport. Elle a dû refaire ses empreintes 2 fois. Elle devait partir en voyage mais à cause de cette dame pas du tout investi dans son métier. Ma belle mère ne partira pas!!! Un manque de professionnalisme. Ma belle-mère est veuve, elle a 70 ans c’est la 1ere fois de sa vie qu’elle allait voyager. Si cette dame c’était donné les moyens de faire avancer les choses ma belle-mère serait dans l’avion.

Belle roseraie et accessibilité en terme de transport. Une mairie refaite à neuf, n'en déplaise aux précédents commentateurs, il faut savoir vivre avec son temps ! "C'était mieux avant", et le choix de police des lettres, qu'est ce qu'on s'en....si on devait demander aux habitants leur avis sur la couleur, l'agencement, on est pas sortis!
Petit commentaire plus constructif : on espère un cabinet médical pour bientôt, et peut-être un service petite enfance plus développé (0-3ans)
