Restaurant that serves Parisian cuisine using fresh, seasonal products.
Another exceptional table in Normandy! 20 minutes from Rouen, Rest’Authentique is run by chef Eric Autin who, at the age of 19, after having trained in Parisian cuisine, brings his knives to Normandy, notably to co-open several restaurants in which to express all his know-how. With Rest’Authentique, his latest creation, Eric Autin reflects his philosophy as a chef on the plate: "a dish you remember is a dish made from respected, seasonal and fresh products!" Among the dishes to savour, the following stand out: steamed monkfish in bear garlic leaf and turmeric; scampi snacked with Espelette; suckling lamb from the Pyrenees in a melting ballotine. Tasting, in a very beautiful and refined setting, is a pleasure for the eyes, the palate and the stomach. Enjoy your meal!
