The Rouen City Hall parking lot is located on Place du Général de Gaulle. It has 346 parking spaces, including 8 reserved for the disabled. Access is via rue Jean Lecanuet, rue des Faulx and rue Louis Ricard. The maximum authorised height is 1.85m. The parking lot also offers 2 recharging points for electric vehicles, as well as 4 spaces reserved for motorcycles and 3 spaces for vehicles under 3m. Weekly passes and special rates for motorcycles are also available.
