Parti en crête en famille,avec le groupe opérateur Heliades au départ de Deauville avec une compagnie aérienne plus que laucost ,nous sommes arrivés avec 22h de retard sur un séjour de 8j .(Panne moteur sur l’un des2appareils que compte la compagnie aérienne air méditerranéan , sac à vomis plein en partant de Deauville....hôtesse pas aimable et je vous en passe des meilleures..,, la classe non !!!!) Le séjour se passe très bien ,puis retour à Evreux à l’agence pour une indemnisation.A ce jour toujours rien , nous sommes en mars 2020 ,avec un procès toujours en cours et une agence qui nous a bien laissé nous débrouiller .Ne comptez pas sur eux en cas de problème !!! Bon courage
