Pasta Tinto is first and foremost a family affair. Patrick and Charles, two brothers, greet you at home, with the backdrop of their mother, Nérina, who came to Rouen to establish her family, and who brought to her native Italy the pasta machines. This friendly and family-run hotel makes you travel to Italy, with a large variety of pasta (fingers fingers in gorgonzola and pears, risotto and ceps risotto, lasagna…) and meat to Italian-style schnitzel steak, as well as milanese schnitzel. As a dessert, tradition continues with tiramisu and panna cotta.
