Here, the dough is fermented for at least 72 hours, using exclusively Italian flours and yeasts. As a result, the pizzas are thin, soft in the middle and crispy on the edges, topped with seasonal produce of impeccable freshness. In fact, the menu changes every season: check it out on the website before sitting down on the multicoloured terrace as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear. A wide choice, to be accompanied by an organic wine, and plenty of surprises! A word of advice: choose the tiramisu for dessert!
