As its name indicates, we do not come to the Appendix to eat what is already found in the "big brother" (i.e. the Carmelites Bistro), but to take to the office or at home small dishes quickly made and well done. Here, the choice is between salads and pasta that we choose filling (a good variety of products ranging from salmon to meat through cheese…) Everything is prepared the same morning, guaranteeing the packed baskets a fresh freshness. When it is hot, the establishment also sells ice creams, juices - bio-organic water, or even smoothies (excellent). A good address to know if there is laziness or a fire at work.
