Carte courte et c'est gage de qualité.
Très bon rapport qualité prix même au niveau des vins et apéritifs.
A l'heure où certains restaurateurs nous "vendent" du gastronomique à tout bout de champ à des prix déraisonnables pour au final parfois une qualité toute relative, La Parenthèse est une vraie alternative bien plus abordable pour une qualité complètement au rendez-vous.
