The Fabrik, located on the wharves of Rouen, has transformed one of the many typical hangars of the docks. Set in a loft style with modern decoration, the restaurant welcomes you every day in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. With a simple and varied cuisine, this restaurant offers a wide range of recipes with international accents: burgers, pizzas, fish & chips, Caesar salad, Asian shrimp and Chinese noodle wok. Je vais pas vous dire qu'il faut y aller pour la cuisine, et le cocktail prohibition n'avait aucunes saveurs j'ai eu l'impression de boire que de l'eau dommage pour un repas du jour de l'an, mais bon ...l'ambiance y etait et le personnel est sympathique, malgres qu'a 1h du matin ils etaient deja entrain d'installer le brunch du lendemain matin ????

Repas du 31 décembre. La musique était peu être un peu trop forte au moment du repas et surtout le menus n était pas pareil que sur internet au niveau des nombres. Sur Facebook nous avions 2 entrées, le choix entre 3 plats et 2 desserts mais en réalité c était également des choix pour l entrée et le dessert, nous l avons signalé mais aucune excuse. L erreur est humaine mais juste des excuses aurai suffit.
