The Fabrik, located on the wharves of Rouen, has transformed one of the many typical hangars of the docks. Set in a loft style with modern decoration, the restaurant welcomes you every day in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. With a simple and varied cuisine, this restaurant offers a wide range of recipes with international accents: burgers, pizzas, fish & chips, Caesar salad, Asian shrimp and Chinese noodle wok. Not to mention snacks to share by sipping a cocktail. Brunch is served every Sunday from 11:30. Professional DJs regularly enjoy your evenings in a festive and convivial atmosphere.

L'ambiance de la terrasse est vraiment top, malgré le vent qui soufflait.
Niveau repas, satisfait dans l'ensemble : les plats Bavette et Ribs manquaient un peu de consistance (une petite salade en plus aurait été appréciée), mais le dessert correspondait tout a fait a la description (tellement bon que je n'ai pas pensé a prendre de photos ????)
En somme, des prix un peu élevés sur certains plats, mais le tout cumulé (qualité, service...) nous a permis de passer une bonne soirée. Donc merci, on recommande ????
