Le 6th Sens restaurant welcomes guests in a setting steeped in history, as it is located in a splendid 18th-century vaulted room. The old stones are magnificently illuminated, adding incredible charm. On the plate, you’ll discover inventive French cuisine, fresh and full of flavor, with beef cheek confit, roasted butternut, truffle & full-bodied mirabelle juice, or pearly cod, crunchy fennel, roasted cauliflower and lobster bisque. The dishes are beautifully presented and the staff attentive.

Très bonne adresse à Rouen, ambiance feutrée, décor soigné, personnel attentionné, nous avons passé un agréable moment, le service était impeccable, bien qu’un peu long entre l’entrée et le plat mais à la dégustation, on oublie vite tellement c’est délicieux ! De l’entrée au dessert, en passant par le choix des vins, c’était parfait.

Lieu et service impeccables ( sourire, convivialité et amabilité du personnel ! ) En revanche, cuisine moyenne à 2 niveaux...
1 - nous avons eu du mal à trouver le tout PETIT morceau de homard dans notre assiette...
2 - Croquant au chocolat : inodore et incolore.
Désolés pour ces 2 remarques ; Dommage, le reste était très agréable.
