AL’1 and its team welcome you in a friendly atmosphere, in the heart of Rouen, right next to the cathedral. This brasserie is specialised in traditional home-made cooking. You will find on the menu the famous pot-au-feu, the calf’s head with gribiche sauce or the steak tartare. But it is especially for its salads that the establishment is famous. From the classic Baltic salad with herring fillets to the original Lyonnaise salad with hot sausage, there is something for everyone! Very friendly staff, we recommend it!

Entre l’ambiance gueularde et bonne enfant entre le personnel de salle et de cuisine on sent que le professionnalisme règle en maître ! La cuisine est bonne et régulière ! De ma première venu il y a des années et aujourd’hui la qualité n’a pas changé. Bon certe je prend tjr la même chose ? Tartare + antillaise mais je me régale à chaque fois !
