Brasserie offering traditional homemade cuisine, in the heart of Rouen.

AL’1 and its team welcome you in a friendly atmosphere, in the heart of Rouen, right next to the cathedral. This brasserie is specialised in traditional home-made cooking. You will find on the menu the famous pot-au-feu, the calf’s head with gribiche sauce or the steak tartare. But it is especially for its salads that the establishment is famous. From the classic Baltic salad with herring fillets to the original Lyonnaise salad with hot sausage, there is something for everyone! Very friendly staff, we recommend it!

Quand tu viens en famille fêter ton anniversaire et que le patron hurle après des clients à la table d'à côté, le malaise est profond...hystérique fut la soirée, et même si la viande est bonne, ce repas fut gâché...nous n'y retournerons plus d'autant qu'on m'a fait passer du bœuf pour de l'agneau... passez votre chemin.

Au pied de la cathédrale de Rouen (nous avons également pu admirer le spectacle du soir), dîner de viande délicieux, personnel très sympathique.
