You can continue with a monkfish tail simmered with thyme flower or a beef entrecôte. Rouen-style duck à la presse, an emblematic dish, will delight the most demanding palates. Un restaurant qui se veut restaurant.
Avec de la vaisselle raffinée, propre (oui, ça semble être la base, mais n'est pas partout vrai) et des serveurs avec le juste niveau d'attention/retrait/sympathie.
Restaurant excentré mais qui vaut vraiment le détour.
La carte est réduite et c'est tant mieux.
La salle est impeccable. On sent l'influence attenante de l'hôtel 4 étoiles (dont le restaurant dépend).
