A gastronomic menu that changes according to the arrivals in a restaurant in Rouen.
Since its inauguration in July 2021 with the presence of Sophie Cluzel, Secretary of State for Persons with Disabilities, the XXI has not been empty. Every day, the menu of this establishment, which is not quite like the others, changes according to the arrivals. The first inclusive restaurant in Rouen takes its name from chromosome 21, since the 12 employees here all have a disability in common. This is a great way to promote inclusion, especially since the dishes served here are outstanding, such as the half-cooked tuna steak with lobster juice.
