Located in a charming pedestrian street, the establishment welcomes sauerkraut lovers, but not only. You’ll also find meat, fish and a whole range of salads on the menu. But above all, you’ll come to the Walsheim to try the house specialties: poached knuckle, flamm’kueche Normande, sauerkraut from the sea... There’s something for everyone! C'est très bon et si vous voulez manger une choucroute à Rouen c'est ici qu'il faut venir.
Tout est au cordeau, le service, la propreté des lieux, les plats, les desserts. Rien a redire.

Un peu cher toute fois si vous prenez entrée plat dessert.

Accueil sympathique. Mais choucroute sans saveur, le chou n'avait aucun goût, la charcuterie était très sèche et très fade. Les pommes de terre étaient farineuses. Bref une choucroute semblant sortir d'une barquette sous vide et d'une conserve. Je ne conseille pas cette brasserie qui n'a d'alsacienne que le nom.
