Ris de veau et soufflé au calvados excellétscet conformes au passé de ce restaurant. Foi gras poêlé et bœuf trés décevants. Le rapport qualité prix n’esr Plus là. Le personnel a chz’gé Mais reste trés professionnel. Mais nous sommes déçus et n’envisageons pas de maintenir la tradition trés ancienne de dîner à « La Couronne ».
