Restaurant offering a menu with an Impressionist touch, near Place du Vieux-Marché in Rouen.
Just off the Place du Vieux-Marché, the restaurant is housed in a beautiful 17th-century mansion set in a cobbled courtyard. Like a tribute to Claude Monet, chef Sabrina Trenel regularly revises her menu with impressionistic touches, constantly improving and surprising her customers. On the menu, choose from lobster tail with pea cream, sole fillet roulade with cream and Armoricaine duo, or pork cheek confit with Calvados cream. A real treat!
