Welcome to the home of Marienka Bonnefond, a passionate and imaginative chef who takes your taste buds to another dimension! Trained by Michelin-starred chefs, she decided to set up shop in the heart of Rouen, in a former tapas bar recently transformed into a modern, pleasant restaurant. The market fish, the rib-eye and its chive cream, like all the dishes (often sweet and savory) on the daily menu, are prepared with talent, in the style of haute gastronomy. Nous avons très bien mangé ici, de l'apéritif au dessert, et avons été conseillés de manière très détaillée et sympathique. À la fin, la chef de cuisine s'est même présentée. Impensable en Allemagne, donc à essayer ici ! C'est étonnant que le restaurant soit si vide, nous n'aurions même pas dû réserver.

Nouveautés et tradition, la cheffe virevolte entre les plats, les tables, les saveurs. Le service est aligné sur l'ambiance moderne chic, le tout est très sympa, attentionné et surprenant.
La carte chance toutes les semaines, dommage, vous passerez a côté des petits pois a l'anis sur son gateau chocolat.
