Epicureans take note: Cancan is undoubtedly one of Rouen’s finest and most original restaurants! Halfway between a wine bar and a gourmet restaurant, the establishment has built its reputation on theatrical service, and in particular on its signature dish: racy entrecôte with thyme and rosemary, smoked directly on the table with hay. For dessert, the Choco-Caramelo crater is also served in spectacular fashion, but we won’t tell you more, so as to leave you with the surprise... In short, a good address that’s sure to cause a sensation!

Attention donc car des amis ont eu exactement le même problème.
Ayant peu de plaisir à rester, on a commandé le strict minimum pour manger.
L'entrée (ceviche et mail de beuf) étaient quelconque, en plat, le poison était très bon et plus original, l'entrecôte frites très bonne aussi mais la vinaigrette de la salade (sauce soja sucrée des sushi) complètement hors sujet.
