Hôtel très bien placé : à deux pas de la cathédrale et du centre historique.
Petit déjeuner qui propose un choix très varié (sucré et salé).
Les chambres sont propres. Le personnel est accueillant.

Le parking est difficile d'accès c'est son principal défaut. Mais sinon très bon hôtel en plein centre, décoré avec goût. Une petite originalité pour la salle du petit déjeuné style "cuisine partagée " le petit déjeuner est par ailleurs très bon . On peut visiter Rouen à pied donc très appréciable.

Cet hôtel est conforme aux standards des hôtels Mercure des standards élevés donc.
Les tarifs sont un peu élevés mais il dispose d'un parking (payant environ 13€) du centre ville. Par contre le nombre de places dédié est limité, il est donc préférable de garer sa voiture assez tôt.
Même avec un bon GPS repérer l'entréee de l'hôtel n'est pas aisé.
