The Pôle Image de Haute-Normandie gallery becomes the Centre photographique Rouen - Normandie and gains its independence. It’s a place entirely devoted to photography, which for over 10 years has welcomed the greatest photographic signatures of this century. Among them Willy Ronis, Jean-Loup Sieff and the African photographer Malik Sidibé... who have all been showcased in this luminous space that allows for very large formats.
