In the heart of Rouen, rue Percière, Le Shadow (rock bar) welcomes you on its small terrace, sometimes sunny and, when it is not, covered. The street is nice and the team is just as good. The prices are more than correct and the boss is very friendly. In the evening, the coffee is transformed into a bar where a few people come to relax after their day of work.
