The Flo’s Café is a cosy bar in the city centre (don’t rely on the address, the bar overlooks Ganteire Street) which undeniably benefits from an ideal location, on the great square of April 19, 1944, facing the fountain. The terrace offers a pleasant moment of relaxation. In the beautiful days, it is a real place of life where smiles and good humour prevail. The Rouennais are not mistaken and find themselves at all times and in every season, with the assurance of enjoying the sun fully when the sun peeks out.
