This crazy downtown bar is a hit with Rouen's youth. The watchwords here are booze, music and lots of fun! On stage, you'll be treated to everything from funk, soul, hip-hop and electro to Russian songs, gypsy jazz and Cape Verde jazz... there's something for everyone.
