Every year, just before Christmas, a number of events are organized all over town, to the delight of children.
One thing is certain: Rouen Givrée lives up to its name. Every year, a little before Christmas, animations are organized all over the city, for the greatest happiness of the children. They can enjoy the open-air skating rink, a Christmas market with stalls selling crafts and winter flavours, street entertainment and Christmas stories. Rouen then takes on a festive air thanks to the evocative names displayed on the signs such as the "frozen lake", the "snow garden"... Enough to make young and old dream!
