Mais finalement inaudible. Incompréhensible. Insupportable. Triste. Première fois, en tant d'années, que les gens partent avant, sifflent et font part de leur mécontentement. Belle image pour la ville ! Et le constat amer d'un énorme gaspillage des deniers du peuple !
