Long used for alternative cultural events, this place is now fully equipped with the function it intended to give itself: to encourage experimentation, creation and artistic encounters in a perspective of innovation. This is achieved by being part of the territory of the entire metropolitan area as a reference point for the quality of its programming and practice offerings. On 600 m², the #Labo Victor Hugo includes 9 work rooms and common areas of conviviality. Many activities are welcomed: theatre, dance, visual arts, digital creation, writing... The ^1st and ^2nd floors house the City’s Culture and Youth Services.
