To keep in shape and benefit from coaching, the Élan Gymnique Rouennais has been offering training in several disciplines and for all ages since 1930: competitive or leisure gymnastics, baby gym, senior gym, aerobics, fitness, cardio-training, stretching... The little ones will discover everything they can do with their bodies and the teenagers will have a blast with urban stunts. The best part? The reception of people with a handicap wishing to practice the apparatus. It is the only one to be labelled Norm’handi.

De vrais cours de gymnastique aux agrées pour les adultes... Si difficile à trouver! On a accès à une très belle salle de gym, même à plus de 18 ans ;-) et le tout pour un prix raisonnable à l'année (200€). Je recommande !

For several years that I frequent this club and I am it really satisfied. I enjoy their gym activity forms leisure, group lessons and weights. Wednesday I depot my child baby gym and I can also exercise. There is another activity whose last, cascade urban for teenagers who want to make acrobatics and to impress the friends. Compared to other sports clubs that I went, teachers are all graduate and their diplomas are standing.
