This service of the Mairie de Rouen provides general health protection and public information. An address always useful if you want an inspector to move. It does so either on request or in order to carry out systematic checks. You can take it in case of unhealthy housing (wet walls, window-level infiltration, ventilation defect…), in case of so-called abnormal neighborhood noise (discos, night bars, motors, persistants snarls. The inspectors also intervene in restaurants and food shops. The service can also come to you if there are rats, mice, cockroaches or chips.
