In the heart of the city, the municipality has developed a unique place for seniors.
One-stop shop dedicated to seniors, the Maison des Elder welcomes several Services: The Click (Local Information and Coordination Centre), the Cram (Regional Health insurance fund), some services of the CCAS (Centre Commune d'Action Sociale) and the senior Rouen association. Seniors will find at the same address a team of 30 people, ready to assist them in all their activities concerning their leisure, home nursing, home meals, etc. They will also have several rooms to attend conferences, information meetings and participate in a series of animations offered by the House of Elders.
