BIBLIOTHÈQUE SAINT-SEVER
This is the largest district library in the city of Rouen. Here, we are covering over 1,400 m². Some surf the Net, others read the press of the day; students can prepare their presentations in the workroom while children read BD on the floor, and parents are looking for the mythical Bowie album on the ground floor… Books and CDs - more than 20,000! - in the same place, we had to think about it, which gave ideas to the team which also proposes acoustic mini-concerts. A small childhood area dedicated to children under the age of 6 has also been developed. Visually impaired persons find Braille documents (a large collection of over 420 titles), large print as well as books read on CD.
