ST. GODARD'S CHURCH
This church consists of three naves of equal height built in the 15th century.
The foundation of this church would be very old: Bishop Saint Godard was buried there in 525 and Saint Romain in 644. The body of the latter was transferred to the cathedral in the 11th century. The sarcophagus remained there until the beginning of the 19th century. The small crypt, under the northern nave, was once a place of pilgrimage. The 15th and 16th-century Gothic building underwent several phases of construction before becoming what we see today. The church consists of three naves of equal height built in the 15th century, while its unfinished square tower belongs to the Renaissance style.
