Rouen Museum featuring everyday objects from Normandy, as well as works of art.
Founded in 1831, this museum, housed in the former Sainte-Marie convent built in the 17th century, is second only to Paris in France for the diversity of its collections. It brings together a variety of everyday objects from civilizations that have left their mark on Normandy since 2000 BC, including protohistoric and Gallo-Roman archaeological collections, as well as medieval and Renaissance items. In addition to its regional collections, the museum boasts interesting works of Egyptian, Greek and Etruscan art.

Lots of findings.
We liked the Roman Mosaic and all what they have found and preserved.
A must see when visiting the old city of Rouen.
