Hundreds of thousands of works, objects and documents transport visitors back to the century.

Housed in the Maison des Quatre Fils Aymon, the museum showcases the history and development of schools from the 16th to the 20thcentury, including a reconstructed classroom from Jules Ferry's school and numerous period objects. Temporary exhibitions are also scheduled, such as "Fantastique physique!" which runs until September 30, 2026. The museum also offers guided tours and workshops for children.

Mercredi 1er novembre, téléphone, internet nous annoncent musée ouvert. 14h45 musée fermé...., sans commentaire. Ce n'est pas la première fois, c'est pourquoi je me suis renseigné sur les médias. Quel mépris pour le public , un 0 pointé pour cette direction du musée dit " de l'éducation"

Musée intéressant.
500 ans d'éducation.
Dans un très vieux bâtiment du 15e siècle.
Il faut prévoir au moins deux heures pour visiter le musée.
Il n'y a pas de cafétéria pour le café ou le thé.
Il y a une petite boutique.

L atelier était vraiment sympa. Les élèves ont adoré et compris l école et ses enjeux à la veille de la première guerre mondiale. Je recommande pour le collège.
