The Maison des Sciences et Techniques de Haute-Normandie is a kind of retirement home for the machines and tools of yesteryear.
Located along the Robec River, in the eastern part of the city, the Maison des Sciences et Techniques de Haute-Normandie - known as Expotec 103 - is in a way the retirement home for the machines and tools of yesteryear. It is a real gold mine where typography workshops, polishers, internal combustion and combustion engines, and many other vestiges of the industrial golden age are nestled. It should be noted that this space could not have been created without a family of enthusiasts, the Engelhard family, and a large group of volunteers who invested in this restored old mill (in which bread baking in the old way is still practised) and who put these machines and tools from old factories back in place. Activities and exhibitions are regularly organised.
