Thierry Caillet has created a real fruit and vegetable paradise in the Halles Market. Since 1987, this premier has long conquered the hearts, plates, and stomachs of the Rouennais. And we understand why! The well-stocked stalls abound with carefully selected products every morning from Romanian wholesalers or local producers. Fruits and vegetables are displayed in such a way as to ripen for purchase to be consumed as desired. The beautiful array of exotic fruits such as the cherimoya, dragon fruit, or mangosteen is particularly appreciated to create original desserts and dishes. The best part of this? Its recipes shared with customers to cook the most delicious products in various ways.
