Adjacent to the Aître Saint-Maclou, this is one of Rouen’s finest addresses. Here, finesse and delicacy preside over the confection of the finest pastries. Gilles Tournadre and Philippe Coudy created it, to the delight of our taste buds. The great chef draws inspiration from his environment, among other things, to invent unique pieces: the Norman side is found in the apple skillfully combined with its buckwheat shortbread, the urban side is transcended in the inimitable and unique pavé de l’aître. Pâtisseries de qualité. Service impeccable et nouveautés régulièrement proposées. Une petite terrasse est même à disposition pour les beaux jours. N hésitez pas. Vous ne serez pas déçus. Une des meilleures patisserie de Rouen sans aucun doute.
